- Make reserverations at the Front Desk. Non-Members without a punch card must pay before reserving a spot.
- Spin classes range from 45-60 minutes.
- For entry to class, you must have a towel, water bottle, and an entry token (picked up at the Front Desk). Arrive at least 15 minutes early to have time to check in at the Front Desk and set up your bike.
- If you arrive 5 minutes late for class, your bike may be given away.
If you must cancel, please notify the Front Desk.
There may be a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, we will make every effort to contact you when a cancellation occurs. Please leave phone numbers where you can be reached at the Front Desk.
$3 No Show Fee charged to no-shows.
In Case of Class Cancellation
If there are no reservations 2 hours before a scheduled class, class may be cancelled.
Make sure we have your name and phone # at the Front Desk so we can call if class has been cancelled.
